How Is It Done?
A small digital monitor is worn on the waist or shoulder, connected to a cuff around the arm, which inflates automatically at set intervals.
Preparation
Patients are advised to wear loose clothing and continue normal activities but avoid bathing or swimming while wearing the device.
During Monitoring
The cuff inflates every 15–30 minutes during the day and hourly at night, recording results without needing hospital stay.
Post-Treatment
After 24 hours, the device is removed, and the data is analyzed by the doctor to understand blood pressure patterns.
