Dr Binod Raut is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology. He is actively working as undergraduate and Post Graduate faculty and involved in teaching Medical (MBBS), Dental(BDS), Nursing  and Post Graduate(MD) students.

He has completed his Bachelors of Dental surgery from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, Nepal in 2005 AD and Doctor in Medicine in Pharmacology (MD) from Kathmandu Medical College under Kathmandu University in 2014 AD. He has published more than 20 research articles in National and international Medical Journals.
