1. Position: Officer- Information Technology -IT( IT Dept Head) Required No: 1

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Engineering- IT with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience.

Job Requirement:

• • He should be a Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, shall be able to work under pressure, should have problem analyzing and solving capabilities.
  • Should possess in depth knowledge of Enterprise level Server and database management system, LAN/WAN and Computer networking architecture, cyber security and CCTV operations including peripheral devices like printers and so on.
  • Should be able to Troubleshoot system faults and solve it to its root cause including IT and its peripheral devices like printers and so on.
  • Should be able to keep the IT systems in compliance with standard IT safety protocols.

2. Position: Maintenance officer- Electrical ( Maintenance Dept Head) Required No: 1

Qualification: Bachelors/Master degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering faculty.

Job Requirement: Exprience: Minimum 3- 5 year of relevant work experience

1. He should be a Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal communication skills, shall be able to work under pressure, should have problem analyzing and solving capabilities.
2. Proficiency in working with and its effective maintenance of a varieties of electrical equipment and other utilities like 1 Ф – 3 Ф motors, DG sets, Air Compressors /Blowers/Suction motor pumps/suction sets with its accessories. Should possess a good knowledge of motor Starter and control panels including HVAC system and building maintenance need of civil and mechanical in nature.
3. Should possess the knowledge of Operation, maintenance and control of HVAC systems.
4. Should have Strong technical skills in handling electrical Power Distribution system inside multifloored commercial building setup including Electrical Design and drawing capabilities and electrical earthing and safety need. Ability to use Auto CAD/MATLAB or any Standard Design tool would be an added advantage.
5. Should be able to handle the maintenance technician on overall repair and maintenance jobs including installation and breakdown maintenance of mechanical or civil nature like Plumbing work, building maintenance jobs and so on.
6. Should be Proficient in Computer application and digital documentation need of entire repair and maintenance setup.
