We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Integrity Officer to join our team and help safeguard our financial assets and reputation.

Job Summary: The Business Integrity Officer will be responsible for investigating suspected fraud and financial misconduct within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, conducting thorough investigations, and providing actionable recommendations to prevent and address fraudulent activities. In addition, this role identifies training and development of local staffs.

Reports to: Governing Board of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, financial misconduct, and irregularities.
• Analyze financial data, transaction records, and other relevant information to identify potential fraud patterns.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings and providing evidence to support conclusions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and internal controls.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fraud risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (B. Com preferred).
• Professional qualification in Cost & Management Accounting is an advantage.
• Minimum [10] years of experience in fraud investigation, forensic accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven experience in investigating financial discrepancies and fraudulent activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Should possess a good knowledge of motor Starter and control panels including HVAC system and building maintenance need of civil and mechanical in nature.
3. Should possess the knowledge of Operation, maintenance and control of HVAC systems.
4. Should have Strong technical skills in handling electrical Power Distribution system inside multifloored commercial building setup including Electrical Design and drawing capabilities and electrical earthing and safety need. Ability to use Auto CAD/MATLAB or any Standard Design tool would be an added advantage.
5. Should be able to handle the maintenance technician on overall repair and maintenance jobs including installation and breakdown maintenance of mechanical or civil nature like Plumbing work, building maintenance jobs and so on.
